GRADES

There are many different ways to report a student's progress. Some districts use traditional grading grids, some use a rubric scale and others opt for a complete narrative about a students growth. Many districts find that a combination of all types of grading schemes work best. Putting grades into Report Card Maker is as easy as 123, OSU, ABC, as easy as can be.

Report Card Maker allows the user to choose how they want to enter grades; click on cells, pull-down menus, keyboard entry and even using the tab key through a report. If a bar graph is being used simply click and drag where you want the bar graph to end.

Confused as to which grades go into which section? Report Card Maker knows which grades go where, thus removing the confusion of putting an achievement grade where there was suppose to be an effort grade.

With RCM you can choose to limit teachers to your district's designated grades, or allow for teachers to enter their own "creative" grades. Report Card Maker gets an A+ when it comes to bending to your district's philosophy on grades.
