STATIC TEXT DOCUMENTS

You can include any static text documents in your customized version of RCM. A static text document is a document that is not filled out by the teacher. For example Parent's Rights, Superintendent's Message and Core Objectives are all static text documents.

By including these important documents in Report Card Maker, educators have them at their fingertips. At the district level, you no longer have the need to replicate and distribute these documents.

Static text documents can be in multiple languages and there is no limit to the number of static text documents you can include.

Teachers access the static text documents by choosing "District Documents" from the file menu right in RCM.
