SIMON integrates with Report Card Maker seamlessly. Although you can use RCM without SIMON, SIMON and RCM were built to work together.

If you have a server that classroom teachers have access to, then SIMON can copy the teacher files that were created by SIMON to the server. With a single click from the "Get" button in RCM, teachers will be able to download their file from your server. Teachers do not need to know ANY internet protocols, passwords or ftp addresses. When they exit RCM, their file will be automatically posted back to the server. You will always have the latest version of each child's report card available to you!

Using the "RCT Upload Dates" window, you can even see which teachers posted their file, and which have not!

You can even send a message to a teacher when they open their file! This can be the same message to all teacher throughout the district or school, or a completely customized message to a single teacher.
