Report Card Maker version 3.1 (and later) have a feature that will automatically search the ClearVision web site for any updates to the Report Card Maker application. This feature will also look for new or updated versions of your reports and forms. Therefore, it is not necessary to download the installer again if you already have version 3.1 (or later) installed.

This procedure will run automatically every 30 days. However, you can check for updates at any time by following these directions:

AUTO-UPDATE PROCEDURE

1. Launch the Report Card Maker application.
2. Choose "Check for updates online" from the help menu.
3. Follow the on-screen directions.
