I created a new file but my Custom Comments are in my old file. What can I do?

You can import/export Custom Comments from one RCM Teacher file to another. Here's what to do:

(1) Install the "IECComments.rcp" plug-in.

To install the plug-in (RCM Version 4.0), choose "Plug-ins Manager" from the "Plug-ins" option in the "Preferences" menu.

(2) Open the file that you want to export Custom Comments from.

(3) Choose "Import-Export Custom Comments" from the "plug-ins" option in the "Preferences" menu.

(4) Click "Export".

(5) Select the comments you want to export and click "Export". Save the file to the desktop.

(6) Close the file and open the file you want to import the Custom Comments to.

(7) Choose "Import-Export Custom Comments" from the "plug-ins" option in the "Preferences" menu.

(8) Click "Import".

(9) Click "Open..." and select the file you just saved to the desktop.

(10) Select the comments you want to import and click "Import".
