The best place to look for answers is in your Report Card Maker user guide. Open Report Card Maker and choose "RCM User Guide" from the help menu. Or, you can find the user guide in your RCM folder. Just double click the file to open Acrobat Reader.

If you do not find the answer to your question in the user guide, ask your site or district technology officer. If they do not know the answer, they can contact us free of charge.

If your question was not answered in the user guide, and your site or district technology officer did not provide a sufficient answer to your question, you can e-mail the ClearVision help desk. We will usually get back to you within a few hours.
