If you are having trouble with a ClearVision product, we want to help! Please be sure that the problem you are having is actually a problem with our software and not a hardware or configuration issue.

For instance, let us say RCM crashes when you open your teacher file. If the problem is caused by your teacher file being on a floppy disk that is damaged, then your district may be billed.

If we receive a "How do I..." call that is covered in the either the User Guide, Video User Guide or in the inservice, then your district may be billed.

If you are having a legitimate technical problem or an "unexpected results" issue that is the fault of a ClearVision product, then please call us. Your district will not be billed!
